12 Days Of Christmas BLUEJASPERWARE FLAT ORNAMENTS

I would like to locate jasperware ornaments for Days 9-12 of this "12 Days of Christmas Series" -- would like to obtain in the original boxes (typically blue leatherette inside a white slipcase). These were offered by Cash's catalog and I can no longer find them or whether the series was stopped before Wedgwood completed it. Any information greatly appreciated.
